• Lovingly made using 100% premium traditional Japanese denim Cotton. The denim fabric itself is made for Kiraku on rare old-fashioned shuttle looms. These old looms are small & the fabric comes in one-yard wide sheets.
• Like all things not rushed, this denim is better quality, better construction, so it lasts longer.
• In contrast to the vintage made Japanese fabric, the Scoop design is contemporary, we call it an ‘engineered’ design because its carefully constructed & highly detailed to be functional, comfortable, wearable, stylish but above all unique (like all of Kiraku designs).
• At Kiraku we chose to use this denim on this scoop, with the hope, this way of making fabric is never forgotten
• To also show that old fabrics can be used on clothes you would actually want to wear, every-day, anytime, everywhere at any occasion with anything. The Scoop's great with jeans, fancy tights, leggings or just simply with your lovely bare legs
